Where are we based and where do we ship to?

WHERE IT STARTED
We are a company operating both in the UK and Sweden (EU) with the majority of our final stage fulfilment done from the United Kingdom, and our team draws influence through nationality from both these countries

WHERE WE SHIP TO
At the moment, we exclusively ship to our domestic customers in the United Kingdom as well as destinations within Europe.

We do not currently retail our products outside of the UK or EEA/EU however this will be reopened to international destinations including the UAE, United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

When will I get my order?

SHIPPING ARRANGEMENTS
Our products are dispatched and shipped both from the UK and from the EU depending on inventory - where possible we ship domestic orders from within the United Kingdom, however when orders are dispatched from the EU, we operate with absolute minimal additional shipping costs.

DELIVERY TIMES
We aim to ship our products out to customers as quickly and efficiently as possible. Orders shipped within the European Union take from 2-5 days on average.

Orders within the UK are fulfilled and shipped within 2-7 days on average depending on the fulfilment location - our support teams are always on hand to help and compensate if your order is taking longer than possible.

Are any purchases final sale?

RETURNS POLICY
We have a flexible 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. We cannot accept returns for products that have been used, unless they are faulty.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the attached order invoice or receipt you were issued.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In line with UK and EU laws, there is a 14 day cooling off period.

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union or United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.

As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Where are your products manufactured?

WHERE OUR PRODUCTS ARE MADE
We strive to ensure our production process is made with the environment in mind, and we do everything we can to shorten the trip between production to consumer to minimalise our carbon footprint.

All of our products are ethically manufactured in Northern Europe within the European Union and are dispatched to warehouses for distribution in both Sweden for orders within the EU and the United Kingdom for orders outside of the EU.
